Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and click Request Return.
- Choose your reason for return and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Print the prepaid return shipping label provided (if applicable) or arrange shipping.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

- Ammunition and explosive products
- Hazardous materials
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used electronic components
- Clearance / Final Sale items (marked at time of purchase)
- Items returned after the 30-day window

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. If the exchange is due to our error, contact support for expedited assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
